SIMPLIFYING IS OUR MOTTO

We know that the moments before a school portrait session are crucial to making the entire process run smoothly. That’s why we adapt to the unique needs and size of each school, planning the sessions with speed and efficiency — so we take as little time away from lessons as possible.
Our process comes down to five simple steps:

Personalized planning
We work closely with your school to organize everything according to your needs and internal structure.

Creative concept
We present a range of visual styles and tailor-made packages, always finding practical ways to bring the chosen idea to life within your school environment.

A Schedule that fits
We set dates and times that blend seamlessly into the school’s daily routine, keeping disruption to a minimum.

Flexible sales options
We adapt to your policies: sales can be handled entirely by us, by the school, or shared.

Production and delivery
We process the images, produce them to the highest quality, and deliver them on schedule.

FAQ
RESOLUTION OF DOUBTS
How are photography sessions planned?
Once you’ve chosen your portrait format, we’ll arrange a meeting to discuss needs, possibilities, and goals.
When are the student portraits taken?
After our meeting, we’ll create a tailored schedule in full coordination with the school.
What space is needed?
An indoor space of about 3 × 3.5 metres is usually all we need, often a classroom, hall, auditorium, or library.
One or more photographers?
We can run sessions with one, two, or more photographers at the same time, depending on the spaces and time available.
How long do the sessions last?
The number of days depends on the plan. As a guide, we can capture 200–400 portraits in a single day.
Any extra options?
We’ll decide together how to organise class photos (we offer several formats) and, if desired, sibling portraits.
Is there a gift for the school?
We believe the soul of a school is its people. That’s why we gift a special composite portrait featuring all the staff who make the school what it is.
When do you process the individual and class pictures?
While the sessions are still taking place, our team is already working on editing the photographs so they’re ready when the school needs them.
Do we retouch the images?
Yes, each image is carefully framed, with tone and lighting adjustments made for the best result. We remove obvious imperfections or dirt while keeping the natural look of the photo intact. Additional retouching can be done upon request.
How do we we sell the pictures?
We can manage the entire sales process directly through our online store, so the school doesn’t need to dedicate time to it.
How about packs & formats?
Together with the school, we decide on the pack or packs to offer. Extra options and personalised add-ons can always be included — our approach is completely flexible.
How does it works, can I see the pictures before buying?
Each family receives a private, secure login where they can view their photos and choose from the available purchase options. We also handle all questions and feedback.
And how about the delivery timelines?
We agree on a delivery date so all printed orders can be picked up at the school, neatly organised by class. Digital purchases can be sent directly to recipients.
Last thing: payment options
During our initial meeting, we determine whether payments will be made through the school or directly to us, according to school policy. Our platform supports all major payment methods.
What else do you offer?
With a background in advertising, communication is part of our DNA. We produce school features, promotional campaigns, and graphic materials, both online and offline. We create custom designs and bring them to life through our trusted network of suppliers. See our services
